
"Everything is connected" is the foundation in the practice of yoga. Yoga cultivates a deep awareness of your breath and it's connection with your body. Yoga trains the mind to focus on the present and let go of the past, becoming more aware and mindful in all of our actions. The practice creates slower, deeper breaths which improves lung function and the ability to relax.
I hope to inspire you in creating a balance and inner harmony in your life while building strength and flexibility in your body.
